   Submitting a form or calling us is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability, the service date and the scope of work. Service is subject to technician availability within our service area.
2. Estimates & Pricing:
   Prices quoted by phone or online are estimates. The final price is confirmed by the technician after inspecting the door, opener and hardware on site, and is approved by you before work begins. Additional work found during the job is performed only with your approval.
3. Payment:
   Payment is due when the work is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
   Please call us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
5. Warranties:
   Warranty terms for labor and parts are stated on your written invoice or estimate. Manufacturer warranties on doors, openers and parts are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, weather events or work performed by others.
6. Customer Responsibilities:
   You agree to provide safe access to the garage and work area, to keep children and pets away during the service, and to inform us of any known issues with the door, opener or electrical supply.
7. Limitation of Liability:
   To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
